How do I request a refund?

Use the contact form button above and select the "requesting a refund" option. Make sure to use the same name and email you used when purchasing as you do when requesting a refund.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds take 2-7 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Some banks are faster than others so this is the best estimate we can provide.

I didn't have a good experience. Who do I tell?
