Please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure. We are located in beautiful Ponce Inlet, directly across the street from the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. We have limited parking on property with additional parking down the street by the ice cream shop. 4936 S Peninsula Dr. Ponce Inlet, FL 32127.

We can fly single, double, or triple with a maximum combined weight of 450lbs. It will be up to the captain to decide the safest way to fly everyone within your group. Please note, most people do not weigh enough to fly single. If you are solo, we may pair you with someone else on the boat.

Yes, we allow observers for $25+tax at the time of check in. We do not take reservations for observers in advance and they cannot be booked online. Call ahead or when you come to check in, if there are still seats available, we can allow observers to sign up.

The maximum combined weight limit is 450lbs. If your flight grouping exceeds that weight we will split you up but you will all be on the boat together.

The minimum age to parasail is 5 years old. Young children go up in tandems or triples with parents or older kids.

Unfortunately, per our insurers, we can not allow pregnant women to parasail or ride on the boat. We have a nice facility you are welcome to hang out at while your group parasails. Also there is a restaurant next door and a park across the street that a lot of people visit while members of their party are out on a parasail trip.

Wear bathing suits/beach attire. You take off and land on the boat, but we do offer an optional water dip. Prepare to get wet from about the waist down. Wear plenty of sunscreen and bring some water. There is no shade on board and you will be out for up to 1 hour and 45 minutes. Travel light! Storage space is limited on the boat and everything has the potential to get wet.

You will be in the air for 6-10 minutes depending on your flight choice. Plan to be on the boat for up to 1 hour and 45 minutes from the time you board the boat to the time you return to the dock.

No. You board the parasail from the dock out our facility. There are no at-sea transfers.

Parasailing is very weather dependent. We will only go out in safe operating conditions. If we have to cancel due to weather, you have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.

Yes, every person who gets on the boat must have a waiver signed. Minors must have waivers signed by a parent/guardian. Waivers are available to be signed when you receive your reservation confirmation email but you can also sign them when you arrive to check in for your parasail trip.

Reservations are recommended. There is an updated schedule of availability via our online reservation system. Walk-ins are welcome but we always recommend calling ahead to get a weather update and check on availability.

No. You are loaded right on to the parasail boat from our docks. There are no at-sea transfers.

Parasailing is very safe. All of our vessels are inspected by the US Coast Guard on an annual basis. Our USCG licensed Coast Guard licensed captains are well trained and experienced and our operating practices adhere to ASTM parasailing standards for safe operation.
